In many cases after a few days of use you would not be able to tell the difference between a Customer Return and a brand new item purchased at full price. Customer Returns are non-returnable but are available at a super price. Cozy Pet cages are made from the highest quality materials with a corrosion resistant powder coated finish. Each cage comes with an ABS tray which is easy to clean, quieter than a metal tray and it does not scratch or dent like a metal tray. They quickly fold flat and reassemble in less than a minute and come with a carry handle.
