What is Freeze Dried Raw?
Freeze-drying removes almost all of the water content without cooking, locking in nutrients and flavour, whilst remaining as natural as possible. It’s the most convenient alternative to frozen raw, without compromise on quality and taste!!
– Ingredients are formed into bite sized nuggets and frozen at very low temperature (-20c)
– The frozen nuggets are placed in a vacuum which gently draws out the moisture from the food
– The end product is as nutritious as the original ingredients, with just the water removed
