Scissor Tail Rasbora have a checked tail and a silver body, making them different from most other Rasbora. They thrive in a tropical freshwater aquarium in a group where they feel most safe.

  Flake food is recommended mainly as you can crush this up making it small enough however they can also have small frozen and live foods.

  Community of similar size. they are there calmest when shoaling in a group.

  Moderate. They are egg scatters that show no parental care.

  They can live to anything from 4-7 years in perfect conditions.
